Role: Principal Consultant, Product, Data & Operations, Solutions Architect. End-to-end consultant leading E2E’s digital platform, including website, portal, CRM, automations, analytics, and marketing ops.

The Challenge: Residents and businesses in Antigua & Barbuda face friction buying from U.S. retailers and getting reliable, timely delivery. E2E needed a modern, trustworthy digital experience, from discovery to delivery updates, that could scale with demand and minimize manual work.

What I Built

  • Closet Upload & AI Categorization Flow

Built the item intake experience that allows users to upload or drag and drop clothing images, preview them, and process them through an AI-powered categorization workflow. Designed the review state so users can validate and edit item metadata before saving.

  • Detailed Item Review & Closet Metadata System

Created a flexible item editor that captures type, subtype, colors, patterns, materials, style tags, weather relevance, fit notes, wear count, and last worn date. Structured the system so the closet becomes more than a photo library and functions as a searchable, richly tagged wardrobe database.

  • Closet Browsing, Search, and Filtering

Designed the full closet experience with search across titles, colors, patterns, materials, tags, and notes, along with filter chips and URL-based filtering for easy navigation, even as the number of saved items grows.

  • Outfit Creation & Editing

Built an outfit generation and manual outfit builder workflow that allows users to select closet items by type, save outfit combinations, add captions, and document why an outfit works. This made the product useful for organizing clothing and styling, and reusing looks over time.

  • Pack Planning for Travel & Events

Created Packs to allow users to group outfits into named packs, assign looks to specific trip dates, and share a view-only version of the pack. Extending the product into travel and wardrobe planning, making it more actionable in real-world use.

  • Sharing & Collaboration-Ready Product Architecture

Built the pack sharing flow with tokenized view-only links and protected access patterns, creating a clean way for users to share travel outfit plans.
